Woven metal fabric mesh has been used to add dimension to my work. It’s fun and easy and best of all you can use the sewing machine to attach it! Once you start playing with this new technique it’s difficult to stop. In the photo above the metal mesh has been used inside the flowers. Imagining moving the petals every time you touch it. I am already planning more quilts with butterflies, bees, fish, oh so many ideas :) You can find it here
Let’s celebrate EARTH DAY by using natural earth pigments on cloth

It’s in there where I show you how to use earth pigments with stencils. It’s easy and very gratifying. On the above photo the eco printed image was applique over earth pigment painted cloth.
